Powers of Attorney
In our office, Powers of Attorney are always created as part of a comprehensive estate plan. Whether you have a simple will or a Living Trust-based estate plan, “financial” or “general durable” powers of attorney are needed to facilitate certain financial transactions when you are cognitively disabled.
Routine financial matters, such as banking, signing tax returns, signing for mail, etc., are all more easily managed when a valid power of attorney is in place.
